The network access app offers several options

Webpage access offers several options company access policies and policy groups and universal access policy groups and assist and access policies these four types of policies have different scope stable a company policy obviously applies to just one company a policy group can apply to an entire accountability policy so it can be made available to any company is a member of that accountability policy. Universal access policy groups are available to all drawbridges everywhere these are managed byCompass. System access policies are for a specific drawbridge so if a drawbridge has multiple companies on it system access policy will automatically apply to all companies no matter what other policies are applied on that company record.

Company access policies.

Company access policies is a list of all access policies that are available or are associated with a particular company. If you’re signed in as an administrator you will see all policies connected to all companies meaning that you will have policies from our companies on the list. Click the drop-down option to display the action group and vice group associated with a particular excess policy line.

Click on access policy name. This shows you an access policy record the access policy record has several parameters the associated company. Status. Economical ID displays the unique ID in the entire drawbridge ecosystem. Type which displays whether this is a company access policy or a system access policy and so forth. The number of hits today this is a counter that displays how many times traffic has triggered this particular policy on the Strawbridge. Device group displays the devices that this policy is applied to. Action group the action group displays The name of the action group that there’s excess policy contains. Tom group time group displays if the access policy is configured to only apply at a specific time or not if no Tom is selected it will display none applies all the time. Application group this displays whether the policy is only to apply to traffic from a specific application. This is an advanced feature and is generally set to none applies to any application.

Informational tabs.

Devices. Devices displays the actual local and or remote devices that are members of the device group that the excess policy is associated with.

Categories. Displays a list of categories that are contained in the action group associated with the access policy there are buttons available to Add other categories or to select multiple categories with the book assign categories button. A category can be removed or the action changed by clicking the appropriate button on the specific category line by tapping the pencil edit button or the trashcan delete button. An additional button displays the record history or the record activity stream the change log for this popular categories membership in this access policy.

ACL actions. ACL actions display any special access control list actions that are assigned to this access policy. Additional ACL actions can be specified with the add ACL action button and if Actions are present the same methodology of Editing with the pencil button or deleting with a trashcan or viewing the record activity stream are available on each individual a CO action line in the list of you.

Permissions. Permissions displays The permission level required to edit the patterns or the category association actions and the ability to enter the policy or exit the policy. The ACL enter and exit group determines whether a company owner permission level user can turn on this policy or turn off this policy with the enter and exit actions the alternative to company owner is accountability if a particular policy is required by an accountability policy then the option displayed will be accountability which prevents the company owner from making those changes.
