Administrator Access For Custom Domains

Note: Domain administrator access is not available for users with email addresses ending in @daystar.io.

Customers using Daystar email hosting with a custom domain can self-manage many email settings for their domain. For example, domain administrators can:

  • create or remove email addresses on your custom domain
  • change passwords on your domain
  • retrieve emails quarantined by spam rules
  • manage the amount of storage space for each email address (up to the maximum allowed by your Daystar plan)

Administrator access is disabled by default; please contact Compass Foundation to enable administrator access on your domain.

Once administrator access has been granted, email settings can be managed by visiting email.compassfoundation.io. Use your email credentials to log in to the Administrative Dashboard.
